If your Blackthorn Robe arrives faulty or stops working properly under normal use within that window, we'll replace it free of charge. Just reach out with your order number and a quick photo or video, and our team will take care of it.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing faults only, not misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Very easy! Unplug your Blackthorn Robe, detach the controller, and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Then hang it up to air dry so the fabric stays as soft as day one.
No wringing and no tumble drying. Always make sure the robe is completely dry before reconnecting the controller or power source.
